    Hi Cheyanne,
My Daughter has the softest nails and quite thin. I used hard gel on her but didn’t want to get to abrasive on her natural nail but they lifted anyway what can I do?…..

    • Hey Robyn! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately if you don’t at least buff the nail with a fine grit file, the gel wont last. It needs something to adhere to. A smooth surface cannot stick to another smooth surface. I understand that her nails are quite thin, but perhaps something soft like a buffer block or a nail file with a grit of 180 or even 240, would be soft enough for her. Also making sure that you are using a good primer or “bonder” before applying the hard gel.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or if I can help in any other way <3 Cheyanne
